Deposit is an acceptance of all terms of conditions below. Please check invoices for accuracy. EX: style, color, sizes, fabrics, and finish. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders. Balance is due prior to delivery. Full payment required on all in-stock merchandise. There is a delivery/setup and state sales tax on all purchases. All merchandise bought from floor is sold in "as is" condition. Please inspect upon purchasing. Deposits are nonrefundable. Canceled orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee deducted from deposit and a store credit will be issued. Exchanges are the sole discretion of Modern Interiors. Any damages must be reported upon delivery NOT AFTER. All orders received by us must be delivered same or next day unless other arrangements are noted on order. Approximate delivery dates are 6 to 8 weeks for custom orders and 2 to 3 weeks on in stock case goods. Please prepare to accept delivery in advance. A 5% monthly storage fee will be added on all merchandise held more than seven days after the order is received by us.
